I went out to buy an Ibanez, but instead I went home with this one, the japanese made Fender HM Strat

The HM was Fenders take on the superstrats of the 80’s. Flat radius, 25″ scale (opposed to the usual 25,5 Fender used), wide and thin neck. And ofcourse the Kahler Spider double locking tremolo system.

The pickups are a DiMarzio Super 3 humbucker in the bridge position and two single coils. The DiMarzio had 99,9% of the total playing time, although single coils are nice to have for the incidentel 0.2 second clean intro.
